FOCUS Board Training
Here is the FOCUS Board portion of Quadruple IMD, Troy Brown’s talk at Momentum. With $50,000 up for grabs, it’s time to get OBSESSIVELY FOCUSED! Every new person should be handed a FOCUS Board. Troy talked to Double IMD, Eric Grzybowski at Momentum after his talk he said he was making it mandatory to have a Focus Board if he was going to work with you. He also said when he gives the FOCUS Board to a new person he is using. The first column to start their list and then using colored highlighters as I describe in this video to show the outcome with that person.
